Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga Classes

Join us at our studio without walls; where the music is the waves, the heat is the sun, and your paddle board your yoga mat. This is sure to be the peak of your island adventure. SUP Yoga brings exploration and fun to your yoga practice. Whether you are a first time paddle boarder or a seasoned yogi you will fall in love with our vinyasa classes on water.

We begin on the beach with an introduction to paddle boarding. Once comfortable, we launch the boards from the beach and paddle around our turquoise bay. Eventually heading over to our floating studio, we clip in to a buoy line and flow through a 75-minute modified yoga class. Not to worry about bringing your camera or phone, we shoot photos of your favorite individual or partner acro poses at the end of class.
